** What is HPCLC Diamond and Platinum Speed Dating and How it works:
- Eligible sponsors will submit 3 preferred board member companies to meet with during the 3, 20-minute speed dating rounds. (Eligible sponsor provide 2 more backup board companies to meet with to support scheduling.)
- Based on total number of eligible sponsors HPCLC will build a schedule based on three, 20-minute speed dating rounds with a chosen sponsor and board company.
- No more than 3 Sponsor Company representatives.
- Each round will be timed and laid out for the day starting at approximately 4:30pm Monday.
- PLEASE NOTE: Overall set up to rounds are subject to change based on total participants available.
- Final schedule including event details will be share prior to the event.
